The services offered by SHIPTOBOX Inc. d/b/a ShipToBox.com ("ShipToBox.com") at www.ShipToBox.com, any sub-domains and Top Level Domains (TLD), are provided to you ("Customer") under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"), and any operating rules or policies that may be published by at the URL: www.ShipToBox.com (the "Service"). The Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between you and ShipToBox.com, and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH ShipToBox.com OR USING www.ShipToBox.com, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES.
AGENCY AND SERVICE
By completing the registration process, customer hereby makes, constitutes and appoints ShipToBox.com, acting through any of its authorized persons, customer's true and lawful agent for the receipt of mail and packages. ShipToBox.com may not accept USPS package and mail until customer provides form 1583, and relevant document requested by form 1583, authorizing ShipToBox.com to accept package and mail on behalf of customer. ShipToBox.com provides Service under this Terms of Service pursuant to one or more Service Plans. Customer hereby subscribes for Service under the Service Plan chosen by Customer when registering for an account. ShipToBox.com Service include providing U.S. address, accepting mail and packages, sorting and consolidating packages, and shipping packages to customer's local address or specified local address during business hours. ShipToBox.com also provides customer personal assistant service. Please refer to detailed personal assistant service term.
SECURITY
Customer shall maintain the security and confidentiality of the login ID and password. Customer may change password or any other account information at any time by login customer's account at ShipToBox.com.
PAYMENT
Customer shall pay the setup fee to activate the account and use ShipToBox.com service. Customer agrees to pay membership fee, shipping fee and other charges incurred for the Service Plan chosen by Customer and/or for all Service provided.Customer agrees to provide correct credit card information for verification and payment. Customer authorizes ShipToBox.com to charge his/her credit card for membership fee, shipping and handling charges, and charges for any Additional / Optional Services selected by the Member. Customer authorizes and acknowledges ShipToBox.com can keep his/her credit card information in database.
MEMBERSHIP RENEW, CHANGE AND TERMINATION
Standard customer can request to change the membership to Business Class Service, and pay the membership to activate the new service plan. Standard customer can terminate his/her membership with Standard Service (Pay per Use Service) any time by written notice.
USER CONDUCT
Customer agrees that the use of ShipToBox.com Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to all U.S. postal regulations, and all regulations set forth by foreign jurisdictions through which you are shipping. Customer agrees not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to ship hazardous or dangerous materials. ShipToBox.com will not directly or indirectly, participate in any way in any transaction involving any commodity, software or technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as "item") exported or to be exported from the United States that is subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ShipToBox.com takes every precaution and makes every effort to fully comply with all laws and regulations governing international trade, including the Federal Trade Statistics Regulations (FTSR).
FRAUD PREVENTION
ShipToBox.com will use commercially reasonable best efforts to prevent any fraudulent use of the ShipToBox.com service. ShipToBox.com works diligently to prevent credit card fraud and cancels any Member accounts engaged in such activity and returns the merchandise to the merchant. Customer agrees to provide documents to ensure against fraud include but is not limited to: copies of identification and credit cards, purchase evidence, order confirmation etc. Customer also agrees to not using the ShipToBox.com service for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, receiving checks and/money orders, and other business practices easily subject to abuse. If any account is suspected for illegal or fraud use, ShipToBox.com may proceed to immediately terminate this Terms of Service and reserves the right to hold all packages of that account up to 3 months. After 3 months, ShipToBox.com reserves the right to return these packages and charge the return fee, or destroy these packages.
DENIED PERSONS
ShipToBox.com will not ship to persons and/or entities identified on any U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List, Entity List of proliferation concern, on the US State Department Debarred Parties List or Treasury Department Designated Nationals exclusion list, the BIS "Unverified List" and the "List of Specially Designated Nationals" maintained by the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control. Nor will ShipToBox.com ship to any person or entity that is directly or indirectly involved in the financing, commission or support of terrorist activities or in the development or production of nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or in missile technology programs as specified in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 CRF 744).
ACCEPT PACKAGES
ShipToBox.com will provide the Customer a US mailing address for the Mailbox and Service. Customer agrees not to modify or alter such mailing address. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that ShipToBox.com has no responsibility or liability for mail, packages or parcels that are not properly addressed according to USPS specifications or this Terms of Service. ShipToBox.com will not accept "postage due" mail and/or COD packages, items or parcels on behalf of Customer unless Customer has previously arranged and prepaid such acceptance with ShipToBox.com.
STORAGE
ShipToBox.com will store packages free of charge for period of up to 40 days from the date of delivery. After the free period, ShipToBox.com will charge a fee of $0.2 per package a day for storage (minimal $5 after 30 days of free storage). The maximal storage is up to 90 days. After 90 days, ShipToBox.com reserves the right to destroy or otherwise dispose of such packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party whatsoever. Storage is not available for prohibited or restricted merchandise that cannot be shipped abroad.
RATES AND CHARGABLE WEIGHT OF PACKAGE
Shipping rate posted on ShipToBox.com includes FSC (Fuel Surcharge). There is NO hidden charge in our rates. ShipToBox.com reserves the right to change the shipping rate any time. The weight used in calculating shipping charges is the greater one of actual and dimensional weight of customer's package. The chargeable weight is calculated in increments of 1 pound.
TAX AND DUTIES
Shipping rates provided by ShipToBox.com are for door-to-door delivery fee. Customer will be solely responsible for potential tax and duties of your shipment.
INSURANCE AND LIMITATION
ShipToBox.com provides FREE insurance up to $100. Customer may request to get additional insurance coverage for the shipment by paying additional insurance coverage fee. In no event shall ShipToBox.com's aggregate liability exceed $100 per shipment. Insurance and claim service is not available for USPS shipments.

Nor will shiptobox.com sell any information obtained to any party or parties external to shiptobox.com.

Certain shipment data will be provided to the authorities of the country of transit or destination for customs and tax clearance or for security screening, as required by the laws of such country. The information provided would usually include: shipper name and address, receiver name and address, description of the goods, number of pieces, weight and value of shipment. shiptobox.com reserves the right to update this privacy policy, or any other shiptobox.com policy or practice, at any time with reasonable notice to registers of the website. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
